I started my career as a Software Engineer in 2008, and now work as Head of Card Platform. I have been given complete exposure of the product, from development to deployment, Managing client's requirement to support their issues, and help them in their implementation. I've always found new, challenging and innovative work, which helps everyone to grow. Here we work as family, we enjoy family events and gathering, we celebrate all festivals with good spirit.

Working here has been a great experience so far. It is a great company to excel in. You are given opportunities to work yourself up in the business and are given continuous support. There is a great work ethic here and a great team player attitude.

I can’t believe that I have been here for over 5 years now. For me, the positive working atmosphere matters the most that is the reason I can complete my 5-year journey very happily. There is no doubt I have grown professionally as well as personally. A very big thank you to Keyur who always trusts me, supports me, corrects me, and allows me to prove myself. It’s a myth that a Company can’t make their employees happy as employees' expectations are always difficult to satisfy. Working here has been a great experience, working with passionate people ensuring that we are providing the best outcome for our customers and clients. In my time here I have already seen progression in my role and helped to create new teams all with the idea of putting out customers and clients first. Two days are never the same and its always keeps me on my toes continuing to enhance my skill set, I look forward to seeing what the future brings.

It has been an absolute pleasure working here from the very first contact via the recruitment team and onboarding via HR. HR provided a structured on boarding scheme of introductions to key department heads plus company and market related information to watch and read. Working remotely in a new role could have been an issue but this has not been the case. My team have been welcoming and inclusive from day one, guiding me and involving me in all team activities Through a series of formal and informal online meetings, I have been able to get to know my own team and many other colleagues around the business. This keeps everyone fully informed of company news and employees are encouraged to participate, ask questions, make suggestions, they are allowed to have an opinion.
