Customer Experience Manager – Customer ExperienceHaving started at Contis almost 6 years ago as a Customer Service adviser, I have since worked my way up to run our amazing Customer Experience team who always aim to give a first class service to our customers on all calls. This is done by both living the Contis values but also pushing for new ideas and inventions in both our technology and the way we work.
Outside of work I both help run and provide the first aid for a local rugby league club, enjoy walking when I can and spending time with my grandchildren now we are allowed to do so.
